Violinist Ivan Herák
was born in the small Slovak village of Hradiště pod Vrátnou. He comes from a family of musicians and is one of the most sought-after Czech Roma violin virtuosos. He studied at the Conservatory in Topolčany with the Russian professor Oleg ter Martirosov, where he also successfully graduated. Ivan Herák has a charismatic speech and is exceptional in his musicality, he has an extraordinary speech and improvisation.
